Sarange Lovely BB Cushion Launching Event

Hello! 

Last week I was invited by Sarange team to join their launching event of their newest product, Lovely BB Cushion at Chir Chir, Mall Kelapa Gading. I know not too long ago I also make a blog post about newest cushion too from one of local brand. I guess cushion is really happening right now since everyone wants a quick makeup or touch-ups and in Jakarta traffics are crazy and it makes us spend so much time on the street. While you're on the way to some places, it's the perfect choice to choose cushion to do the quick makeup or touch-ups. So now, what's my thought about this cushion? Happy reading :)

The event was held in Chir Chir, Mal Kelapa Gading. If you guys haven't heard, Chir Chir is a korean chicken restaurant and they are famous for their fried chicken of course, my favorite is their garlic chicken. The restaurant is pretty spacious and the decorations are cute. For the event, they added some orange decorations since Sarange is identical with orange colour. The table decorations were also really pretty with flower and pearl as the accessories.

The cushion itself has matte finish, uv protection, full coverage, and whitening effect. I find this cushion is light and perfect for daily use especially for those who look for medium to full coverage. I have so many hyperpigmentation left by the blemishes and this cushion covers pretty well although I still need my holy grail concealer to make it flawless. Really, The Saem concealer dabesttttt. Ever. Anyway this cushion is for all skin types and it has kind of sweet scent.

During the event, there were activities like live makeup demo and Instagram photo contest. I won the Instagram photo contest and they gave me a box of BB Cream, Eye Serum, and Makeup Puff. And at the end of the event, they also gave us goodie bag of Mascara and Lip gloss. Each of us brought the cushion home too. Ah and they were having sale for that day so I got myself an eyeliner for only Rp 50.000!! Thank you so much for inviting Sarange, it was a great day and hope to see you guys in another event :)

Honey Lane x Lacocoabutter Event

Hi guys! I was so happy when I got notified that I won a ticket giveaway to Honey Lane x Lacocoabutter Event. Some of my closest friends will know my recent curiosity about natural products and how to make it. In this event, Honey Lane, a local honey seller, is collaborating with Lacocoabutter as a soap artisan, and we will make liptint and face mask workshop with honey! So interesting right?

Honey Lane has produced various honey such as whipped honey (original, chocolate & ginger), infused honey (vanilla, lime, ginger, & cinnamon), and also utensils. The products are sold in range Rp 70.000 - Rp 100.000. They said their best sellers are the vanilla infused and original whipped. Their honey is from local too so let's support them!

Honey Lane prepared some mini sizes honey for us to mix in with our lip tint and face mask. For the lip tint we use the whipped honey and for the face mask we use the vanilla infused. Both of them smells really good!

During the event there was a photo contest event but I didn't win, I think it's because I was there to get the previous giveaway so I shouldn't win two times, should I? It's for the other participants hahaha. But it was really fun trying to make my own lip tint and face mask.

Anyway this event was held in Por Que No, Menteng. To be honest all the food was not matching my taste hahaha. But the venue itself was good with all the big windows making the sun light went all over the place. The decoration was good too and the table was big enough to put the decoration and also our lunch and workshop stuffs.

At the end of the day, each participants got a goodie bag of honey, vouchers, brush, and chocolate from all sponsors. Thank you so much for having me, Honey Lane and teams! It was such a great time :)
